Introducing The Livonia Tyros

Why are we called the Livonia Tyros? Well, to answer the question you may or may not have had on your mind, the word tyros originates from the Latin word tiro meaning young soldier or new recruits. We are a rookie high school FRC team that is grateful for your support. Our team is made up of freshmen and sophomore students from Churchill, Franklin, and Stevenson which are three high schools located in Livonia, Michigan. A good majority of our members were formerly on a FTC team during middle school. We're very lucky to be close to our veteran team, the Livonia Warriors who have been kind enough to mentor us as we work on our robot. Sure, half the time we have no idea what we are doing but the first competition we will compete in will prove that we are a force to be reckoned with.
